Absolutely, if the shareholders vote it down! I think this deal needs to be renegotiated!

Annette:
It looks like Ted is no more interested in day-to-day average love or dry love that Jane can give now.
He is more thrilled with this deal than his first act of
love making.

.....

Everybody had their say, including Ted Turner, the largest single shareholder of Time Warner stock. "I had
the honor and privilege of being the first to sign a piece of paper that cast a vote of my 100 million shares or so,
and I did it with more excitement and enthusiasm than I did that first night I made love 42 years ago," said
Mr.Turner, who would take on the title of vice chairman at AOL Time Warner.

.....

No wonder it instantanously gave him more than couple of billion dollors.

Annette and board, please don't hate me...I sold all my AOL yesterday when it was down just $1...looking back it was a smart move...I didn't want to do it, just lost faith that AOL stock will have the type of gains in the future, that it had in the past...I was burned badly when I bought Compaq after it acquired Digital a few yrs ago...the stock has yet to recover....I hope the AOL/Time Warner merger is a huge success, and every stockholder profits in the future...Here's wishing you all the best, and thanks for the good times on the board...Sicerely...
