HCCA strong close today at the highs after a sharp attempt at a shakeout in the early afternoon. It will open strong tomorrow as it always seems to do well in the morning.

From R.B.

HCCA, best and latest source of info is the new IR person.

Madeleine Franco 1-801-268-8610. She is out of the office today. She is under the
weather. Email address MadFranco@aol.com

I spoke to her about two weeks ago. She said they anticipate giving us news sometime
soon. No specific dates or timeline, but had expected to have some kind of news for us in
January 2000. Well, here we are in the year 2000 an it is January. By the movement of the
stock; I believe we could be getting close to some news.

My DD has it where they have an OS of around 48 million.
Supposedly they are shipping or have begun to start shipping some type of mineral from
one of their mines.

They recently filed to become fully reporting so you won't have to worry about them going
to the pink any time soon.

The best DD on HCCA is the positive movement in the stock, because it had been going
nowhere but down since the $3.00 level for about one year.
I believe it was heavily shorted down from that level. Combined with the company
dumping shares made it a no brainer for those boys in Canada and offshore accounts to
short it to mere pennies.

I believe the seller and shorts are out and now it has nowhere to go but up.

Good Luck!
