I continue to think AOL/TWX is a good deal. TWX is probably the best media heavyweight match for AOL, plus Road Runner. It's going to create a still stronger mega-media-company, one that would certainly be opposed by CBS/Viacom, NY Times, Dow Jones, Disney/ABC to name a few. Gannett probably doesn't like it either. But hey...they are competitors. Look for increasing levels of histrionics from particularly CNBC and MSNBC as the closing date approaches. If AOL does drop some more, it will be a wonderful buy opportunity. IMHO. Ron
