It's not all that common of a name. Probably same DR. The first two, being from 1992, could well be what led to the 1992 prison term. Interesting to see one in FL and one in CA, filed so close together. It was wire fraud, so perhaps he got busted on both ends of the wire. :)

Not a clue as to the 2/22/1994 one. Marks Dorian Reed? If Marks is last name, might not be our boy.
