I, too, am watching very carefully. Maybe it's easier to be complacent when you already have a big pile of cash like Lindybill!

Abby Joseph Cohen was recently the guest on Wall Street Week and said:

- inflation and interest rates "will drift upwards";
- 2000 will be "as good as 1999, just less vibrant";
- market fairly valued at present, including tech stocks;
- stock prices will be commensurate with economic and
corporate performance
- says Greenspan wants to extend this expansion
- rate hikes already priced into market

Like many others, I value her opinions highly. anna
