I can't believe that Osha has any credibility with anyone following this stuff. Intel has gone up over 20% since his downgrade. So what can he possibly know? Having said that however, his utterings go out under some heading called Merrill Lynch. For people who don't follow this stuff as closely as we do on this thread, that carries some weight - I would imagine.
