Either Goldberg is the world's biggest con man or IDC is getting shafted by unfounded rumors that it's patents covering all five versions of G3 are worthless.

As Goldberg put it, IDC has the patents on the "engine" and the "transmission" of all G3 technology.

Goldberg, with a background in patent law, has no reason to stick his neck out and get chopped by class-action suits for committing securities fraud.

The timing of the one analyst covering IDC to withdraw is very suspect. Did the analyst (and his legal counsel) meet with IDC engineers and lawyers to review the IDC patents or was this just a scam designed to benefit a number of large short players?

Goldberg needs to get out all his resources to combat the present confusion. This is looking like WAR!
