MB,

YHOO reported headline earnings of 0.19, and when I dug into the statement, it turned out that the true EBITDA is 0.15, with the 0.19 not including a 4c charge to earnings due to employee option exercises. Is this a cash-free transaction? No. It is negative cash-flow, pure and simple. Is it a one-time charge? No. So am I missing something, or is this just a new level of audacity in the ongoing scamathon?

In any case, YHOO down 20 in AH trading.
