We know the boy has a very good relationship with the father. No one denies that not even the lawyers for the boy.

I'll take issue with the rest of the misinformation in your post if time allows.>g<

"Step off that law stuff" - Eric, consider running for judge in Miami.
Now you're making assumptions about Harry - not exactly leaps of logic, i'd say you're trying to tunnel under it with a bent spoon ... i have a little exposure to latinoamerica too, lol, watch out with the 'Joder' stuff, polite society could show up any minute.

As an exercise, reverse the nationalities - american kid held in Cuba, father resident in US wants him back, Castro et al making political hay out of the deal by pointing out the innumerable abuses of Cuba by the US, the batistianos getting their shots in fast and furious ..... what's the central argument that overshadows all, for which all the rest is nothing but predictable static? .... i'll tell you what it is, it is that;

Only the father is the father.

A strong legal point based in time-honored and sound morality. All the rest is noise.
