RANDE...1 milion shares of CICI bought after hours in two blocks. 400k and 600k...lots of dough to invest in itty bitty CICI. Looks like we have a real winner.

There is an interesting article in Bloomberg's Jan/feb issue "How can Whispers help you" that dealt with whisper numbers. The article profiled web sites like EarningsWhispers.com and StreetIQ.com and basically said that these sites give investors better estimates of per-share earnings than the published figures of the analysts.
These sites (the article stated) expose the earnings-estimates games the analysts play, where they only give the real numbers to favored clients... that analyst and company manipulation of earnings estimates is rampant blah blah blah, and that whisper numbers have 'evolved' as way to undo the bias, and that these web sites have helped level the playing field for the little guys..anyways, like everything else in this market, it is a game within a game...
