Buckeye,
Thanks for pointing out some particulars.

First, wouldn't negligible income and increasing operating expenses be typical for a company in an early growth stage?

As for kiosk usage, I had 2 friends observe the kiosk in Atlanta on two different days, and both had a hard time getting near the thing because it was constantly in use. I know this is unscientific, but it was a pleasant surprise to me to hear it was being used at all. I can only hope that the other locations are seeing similar usage. What specific "rates quoted" did you see in the 8-K? I only noticed the 10% of revenues being paid to the hotels, with a minimum of $45/month, so I assume that GONT is predicting at least $450/month on average.

I am disappointed in the kiosk sales agreement you pointed out. I hadn't gotten that far. I only read about the 10% going to the hotels. Paying an additional 20-25% of adjusted gross revenue and 10-15% of advertising revenue to the guy signing up the hotels seems pretty extreme. That's not leaving much for GONT. At least his stock options are being offered at reasonable prices (.25, .75, 1.25, rather than .03, .05, etc.).

Yup, I have to say that the employee compensation plans (especially the kiosk site signer) are fat. GONT still has the air of a money-making scheme for it's owners, at the expense of possible longevity or shareholder gain. Then again, their best bet to make money with their new system is to keep the company---and it's current business plan---viable for as long as possible. They can't very well scrap all of this and re-structure completely like they've done in the past (without losing all of us in the process).

Is GONT a well-run company? The .25 share price should answer that. Does it have potential to get better? I'd have to say "yes".

Jape (in an uncharacteristically verbose mood) ;-)
