This is the text of Harmon's comments. This came out at 11:07 AM EST and it appeared that edig went higher after that but it had already tested that 5 area again and bounced
off 5 1/8. There seems to be strong support there.

Money Talk: Could you talk about e.Digital again? Isn't it involved in a new technology that could become very profitable? Please share some details.

Harmon: I looked at e.Digital {EDIG} again and focused on what I think could be most of its value or potential value -- its Micro OS, a patented technology that it has been licensing to heavy-hitting vendors including Lucent, IBM, TI and others. e.Digital recently added execs from SimpleNet (a broadcast.com company) and Intel to its board. It is very early in the Micro OS rollout and revenue doesn't yet reflect the potential if this OS becomes a standard. I believe Micro OS looks promising, but it is
too early on the revenue side to tell if it can become a CDMA-like or Phone.com-like entrenched technology. As licenses show up on the balance sheet, it should give us
more demonstrable numbers on Micro OS's contribution to e.Digital. The value therefore comes from the trend towards portable devices playing music, voice, video, etc. and if Micro OS can be the OS for that flash and carry market.
