AOL shareholders will have 1 sh. in the new company for every share they hold now. So you will still only have 1 share total for every sh. you own now. TWX shareholders will get 1.5 sh. in the merged company. So instead of having 1 TWX sh. they will then own 1.5 sh. of the merged company.
