I'm in favour of encouraging the continued attendance of our favourite "darling" stock cheerleaders because finally, this "stealth bear" is coming out of hibernation and beginning to feel his oats. I want them around when the bleeding starts in earnest. (g)

It is too bad that they seem to have few solid arguments to support their infatuations, but what else is new,.... Love is blind. (g)

Best, Earlie.

Hi Mike. Do you like BBH (152 1/4) finance.yahoo.com
as a proxy for the biotech sector? Is this a good idea for someone wanting some diversified biotech and genome mapping holdings, with less volatility and cost than picking a basket of individual stocks?

Would you buy for a long term hold at these levels? If not, what would be a good entry point?

thanks, and best regards
Mik

Evidence of DRAM double ordering
<<The spot price for 64Mb DRAM microchips (30-day rolling average) has fallen to around US$8 in the three major regional markets. The oversupply is likely to continue in the first quarter of 2000. >>
