The increases in the API, across the board, should be of no surprise to anyone especially to analysts because of Y2K. Nor should the refinery percentage be of concern. Within two weeks all will be back to normal which is a continual decline in stockpiles. The OSX may go down some tomorrow because of individual reaction to the API numbers, but I would be very surprised to see any seasoned oil investors or institutions selling out. Clearing the OSX 86 hurdle took time and was cleared significantly, now it becomes support.

I am now looking for OSX to 96-98 with a good retracement from there. Then I may buy back in. Since the I had the root canal, and I don't need insurance, buying back in and following this sector is the next most excruitating thing that I can come up with.
