INOC- Why I bought today?

What's so attractive about this company INOC?"

These were the reasons :

Solid Balance Sheet
Current Ratio - 2.78 to 1
Quick Ratio - 1.69 to 1
Total D/E - .17
Price to Book - 1.93 to 1

Solid Cash Flow:
Price to Cash Flow 9.57

Solid Income Statement:
ROE - 24.54
ROA - 10.48
ROI - 21.07
Year over year sales growth - 93.37%

They are selling in demand products to an expanding market. Picked up new major customers (Bell Atlantic etc.). Last 10K and 10Q both read well. Their business direction seems reasonable.

Vectorvest value $19.20 per share.

Good analyst position.

Outstanding shares in excess of 10M although the float is a little thin.

All the price related values are doubly good today.

If you read the last 10Q you would have seen the management discussion included the information about the slowdown in sales in the next quarter due in large part to a 3rd part lawsuit against the hardware manufacturer. The only thing missing was the actual value of the earnings shortfall compared to prior performance and analyst expectations. Having read the 10Q 36 hours before, I never blinked an eye at the price drop. I simply placed buy orders in my two brokerage accounts as quickly as I could. This is a no-brainer.
