The big red flag:

Everyone who post should list the pros and cons
after any message. Every stock has a good side and a bad
side. For example my newsletter lists both.
opticalalert.com

One big red flag for VRTL is insider selling. The CEO sold a total of 18 million this past few months, but did anyone talk about this on the Yahoo board, no way. The problem with message boards is people fall in love with a company and they become blind. No one likes bad news. For example:
I posted a warning to CSCO investors about the 219 PE
and 6 billion in shares outstanding. Two month after that Barrons backs me up. I also posted a warning about Light management and a caution sign for both LUMM and Nanovation. They both don't have any revenues to speak of, contracts of any size, connections to the outside world. Patents?
good luck. I like lightpath, but I don't like the market
cap of Bookham. We have a New Focus IPO and ONI IPO this
week. Great for the people who have shares. We have
bubble technology that can't scale from ink jet people and
another company that makes outdoor laser shows claiming to switch 65,000 different colors of light with a technology as old as the cold war.
