Volt - whoops - obviously I wasn't clear. I see excellent opportunities regardless of which way it goes. And I too have done well and have no intentions of letting it slip away by not being diligent. I was just making a note of another possible scenario. Just to add credence to your concept. I spoke with an "individual" from Chase last evening at length. The inner circles of the big houses agree with you that a major correction is likely in February. They WANT it to happen because the believe reality is not in the market. I have large positions in three IPO's scheduled to be released ONLY if the market corrects. As for my Q positions. I see a brilliant future and many profitable days ahead. My shares will not leave my account. However, at or near the 1st I will go neutral to the market by some method or another. see - you and I are not that different dave

Volty, You are echoing exactly what I was feeling earlier today--or rather, I should say, you are articulating it perfectly. I am going to exercise/sell all my DIM Jan Feb and April calls relatively soon. I don't want to be that exposed. When you're long a stock, or with our leap positoins, you can ride out what I feel too will be a real correction coming soon. Last week showed me our vulnerability. We rebounded, but... And if I'm wrong, well then, I still made $, and I'll be long enough stock to make a profit and sleep well at night. Thanx as ever Jill
