I HAVE BEEN ASKING MYSELF THAT ALL NIGHT..
i do have accounts with ndb and ameritrade but
i know exactly what is missing..

i want my level 2 and trading all done in one location..
i have got use to trading while watching level2 and not
having to go back and forth and not refreshing anything to see
if i exectued...when i get something comparible i will look into it..

go fins...

mytrack-concept is great, and if company will step up to the plate and produce customer service they would be complete...but,right now they have shown that their stock price was more important..

Hate to disallusion you..but

My brother has etrade and we go head to head simultaneously regularly. Webstreet, Brown and Mytrack have all gotten fills when he was left sitting with Etrade. Despite my problems with Mytrack, it still seems like it's better than any of the other 3 all round. Hate the partial fills though so I'm gonna try routing to nite and see what happens.

Lance, BTW I had the same conversation with Hugh that you reported. My guess is he's new (as so many must be) and that over time their hiring and training will catch up with the volumn. Some posters have been singing their (MyTrack's) praises to all that would listen and now the hens come home to roost. It takes time to catch up with such rapid growth. JMHO
