It seems to me that folks at TRAC are preoccupied with their own stock performance. My own problems are as follows: 1. No execution on moving stocks anymore... can't play my favorite which is the walkdown play. Even if I put limit well ahead of the movement it doesn't fill. 2. Customer service. I waited on hold for 20 minutes yesterday. When the guy finally came on the phone, I asked him why I could not cancel a particular order and he said he didn't know. Depending on who I talk to, I get a different answer for the same problem. Tom
