Thanks, It looks a lot better than it did a day ago. I'll take 8.33 per share over it's recent price. :-)

I still don't have a clue. I called my broker and he doesn't know what is going on. He said that the brokerages have to be notified as to the transfer agent etc. I told him what the press release said and he didn't want to her it. I have a call into the company and email sent. No response yet. Any body have a clue?? thanks
