It's a mess and it will be months, if not years, before it all gets straightened out. For God's sake, LOOK at all the "if's".

According to the HDSG press release, Overland is currently a non-public or private company. So I guess there would currently be no symbol or any way to look into it's finances. I could try to call them tomorrow. Hope they are in the phone book.
