Mogul, Interesting view point, I guess I just do not see it as B2B. They are definitely moving in the correct direction, but they still need to appeal to the end-user to send them the prescription. They have signed an agreement similar to accepting a particular credit card. Your still intelligent, just trying to understand a complex business such as this one is difficult for outsiders looking in. I'm and insider so I guess that is why I view it this way versus that.
