Maurice Winn and I used to torment Joe mercilessly when we all started at SI. His typing was -- primitive, I suppose you'd call it. He was used to having a secretary do his typing for him. I was always curious what Joe G had done for a living, I sometimes suspected he might have once taught physics at a university.
