Jim, here is an VFND Management Update . . . I have already gone on record as saying VFND is my stock pick for 2000. Here is a posting made on Yahoo by board by VFND management. Yes, they do post there. I thought it would be of interest to those who may be considering VFND, although this is not a recommendation to buy it. messages.yahoo.com I have also been asked numerous times as to what my price target is. I don't believe in pulling numbers out of the sky. So, the simple answer to that question is, "more than I paid for it." In reality, I expect it to trade a lot higher than it is today. I am holding until the end of 2000. That does not mean that I won't trade in and out of it along the way. By the way, did you say you had a thunder and lightning storm last night. That must mean you had rain. My recollection is that rain is wet. Am I right? I haven't seen any since last summer. Pardon my question. We are locked in a deep freeze here. I had to chisel the ice off my car last night to get home. Actually I should have left it the way it was. It would have made a nice ice sculpture. The two stocks I was thinking of buying (which I mentioned here last night), I decided to pass on for now. However, one that I like (but don't own) is IVOC. Bought MYIQ with Lance and the boys today. Their last news release (a few months old) tells most of the story on that one. More news is expected on that one in about 2 weeks. The funny thing about MYIQ, was that shortly after we all bought . . . I got a newsletter alert on MYIQ stating that some major accumulation was going on and it was time to buy. The funny thing was that it was us that was doing the buying. Crazy, eh. Regards, SV
