Right, too much capacity converted to the 0.18 notched process which is NOT yielding well. So 0.25 products is in short supply (GTW told us so) because not a whole lot of capacity exist at 0.25. And those converted to 0.18 is not yielding well because the notched process (assuming they are even using this process) was pushed too fast by Intel. That's my point of speculation.

This somewhat makes sense in an otherwise confusing scenario. I am 100% speculating and have no evidence other than publicly available data. You work at Intel and strongly disagree with what I am saying and the analysts who have a whole lot more data seem to agree with you. So there.
