Although LOR is not being acquired, this should form a basis for a valuation of the SS/L portion of LOR. All things being equal, assuming the satellite division of GMH fetches a P/S of 1-2 (roughly $3B-$6B), I would think the LOR share price would increase...perhaps significantly.

Of course, all things are not equal since GMH doesn't have the G* debt guarantee against its assets.
