pass pass, Yes, from LU. This latest drop accompanied with a few months of uncertainty is going to cause a greater flow of talent to the start-ups. Additionally, there is some questionable management in the more profitable areas at this point that is going to hurt growth there. My overall view is that LU will fail to meet its vision of being a 45 billion dollar start-up and that it will in fact become another large, slow moving company. Brian

DEC tried that also, getting a new CEO--Palmer. DEC was
internally disjointed, failed to listen to customers and
the "new-era" of network technologies (ip in particular),
failed to deliver what customers needed in a timely fashion.
I see some resemblences here--
