SgtPepper . . . good catch. I put CBQI on both lists as a test and you passed!!

It looks to me like CBQI is OTCBB. I made a mistake and put it on both lists. I'm going to make an exception this ONE time only and make it a joint pick for Ga Bard and Frank Fontaine in the OTCBB category. CBQI is up nicely this year so far.
