TRAC, the CEO is mighty bold or mighty stupid. Now, does he have to uphold to this poll if the majority of consensus vote that he can not sell any shares in the year 2000?

He is setting himself up and opening the door for shareholders of other companies to.....................( you fill in the blanks).

"Hey bartender what time is it?" The clock on the wall says 2 O'clock! "Give me one bourbon, one scotch, and one whiskey."

Track Data Announces It is Conducting a Binding Public
Opinion Poll On Future Sales of Its Common Stock by Its CEO

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 11, 2000--Track Data Corporation (Nasdaq NMS: TRAC - news) announced today that it is conducting a
binding public opinion poll on future sales of its common stock held by its CEO during calendar 2000. The poll will end on Saturday, January 15.

The Poll is designed to provide a quantifiable maximum number of shares that Barry Hertz may sell on a weekly basis during calendar 2000. In the past,
sales of common stock by Barry were viewed by some investors and the media as ``dumping,' after positive movements in Track's stock price.

Barry Hertz, Chairman and CEO, said, ``As I would like any of my future sales to be made without negative publicity, I am looking to our shareholders
and myTrack members to determine the quantity. I am putting my money where their mouth is.'

A weighted average of all votes received will be used to determine the maximum number of shares to be sold each week. Anyone can participate in the poll
by downloading the FREE myTrack software at mytrack.com. Once installed, click on the ``Chat' feature and type the following (the only
valid numbers are 0 through 10,000 in round 1,000's):

vote 0 - for no shares to be sold during calendar 2000

vote 1,000 - for up to 1,000 shares to be sold per week
during calendar 2000

vote followed
by any number
2,000 through
10,000 - for up to 2,000 through 10,000 shares to be sold
per week in calendar 2000.

vote - for up to the minute results of the poll
