Can anything move this stock?

- Bull market for tech and telecom still in full swing.

- Partnerships in Asia, etc.

- Endless stream of new applications and activities coming to the Internet in almost every business sector will demand capacity.

but we're in the $40s still. If this was going to move significantly higher, why wouldn't it have done so already?
