Brandmakers Announces Definitive Agreement to Acquire Multi-Page Communications
LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga., Jan. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Brandmakers, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: BMKS - news), a diversified Georgia-based corporation, continues to reinvent itself with the acquisition of Multi-Page Communications' assets, and the renaming of its communications division.

Multi-Page inventory, equipment and customer base, have been relocated to Brandmakers' headquarters in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Hospitality Innovators, Brandmakers communications division, will take over daily operations and subsequently change its name to ZOOM Communications reflecting the vertical integration of the two markets. Hospitality's focus is ''In-house'' paging distribution while Multi-Page's is wide area paging manufacturing and distribution.

Geoff Williams, Brandmakers C.E.O., states, ''This acquisition will allow us to offer advanced wireless paging and pager repair services to individuals as well as to our corporate clients. Projected revenues for the year 2000 are expected to reach $7.6 million.''

Multi-Page employees, with $1,000,000 in inventory and equipment, can produce up to 100,000 pagers per month. Russ Ford, ZOOM Managing Director, states, ''Existing pager orders totaling $300,000 are already on the books. Multi-Page's customer base is 3,000 customers strong and ZOOM intends to grow that number with a solid business and marketing plan. We intend to improve profit margins by implementing wide-area paging solutions through an e-commerce site in 2000 and aggressively marketing the 'Miracle Pager'.'' Brandmakers holds the exclusive rights to distribute the ''Miracle Pager'', a popular side-view pager.
