The sort of volitility we've had the last couple weeks only occurs near meaningful tops and bottoms. After the 1999 85% run for the Nasdung (more for the NDX), I am inclined to lean more toward it being more likely a top.

You would think since the general trend on rates is up that the TYX would lead the bond rate instead of lagging it...
