David Breiner should be advising the 2 insiders instead
for not selling 4 million shares and 415,000 shares
if he thinks price will go that high.I'm not sure if
this is coinccidence everytime top executives file
to sell stocks and then an analyst upgrades the company.
It's hard to justify somebody owning 4% of the company
and cashing out for $715 million even though the company
is barely making money.I would rather follow the insiders
move rather than an analyst opinion.

i invested in ariba, cmgi, cmrc and vrsn yesterday.
i think they are very strong internet companies.
they were down yesterday, but i think they will recover soon. i hope i can hold some of them for a long time.

business-to-business e-commerce, companies such as Ariba (Nasdaq:ARBA - news), Commerce One (Nasdaq:CMRC - news. Total world sales of stuff will reach $30 trillion in a few years, of which $10 trillion will be business-to-business. If the e-commerce solution providers can attract only 10% of that volume they will be profitable beyond their wildest dreams of avarice.
