Higher still, possibly 7% by mid-Feb.
Tomorrow's PPI is extraordinarily important
from my view. The top end of expectations
is .4% with .3% the consensus. FWIW I'm betting
on .5%. Credit demand is still quite high
while the Fed cannot continue pumping at last
month's pace. Many bond players are looking for
3 hikes this spring; 50 bps is already discounted.
Any rally off of a Fed 25 bp hike Feb.2 will probably
be sold as 6.5% now appears to be the new floor.

Good luck Mythsters. I'm travelling the balance
of the week and am also cutting down on my SI postings.
