TIPS China ISP Wordtech Forms Partnership With China National
Commodity Exchange Center

NEW YORK, Jan. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Tianrong Internet Products and Services, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TIPS - news) announced today that its Mainland
China-based internet service provider and E-Commerce developer, Chongqing Word Technology Co., Ltd., (http://www.wordtech.com.cn) has formed a
partnership with the China National Commodity Exchange Center (CCEC). CCEC is a state owned enterprise, which was founded in 1997. CCEC has more than
100,000 Mainland China business members. By the year 2001 the transaction volume at CCEC is expected to surpass 20 billion U.S. dollars, according to CCEC's
estimate. CCEC anticipates 80% of this transaction volume to be generated via E- Commerce. Wordtech, according to the partnership with CCEC, will be
responsible for creating websites and developing E-Commerce programs for many of CCEC's over 100,000 business members.

In related news, Wordtech recently announced that it added 8,000 new customers in the month of December. These 8,000 customers, all Mainland China
merchants, will join the over 40,000 business which are already clients of Wordtech and its recently launched E-Commerce website, Cqe.com.cn
(http://www.cqe.com.cn). Cqe.com.cn, also based in the city of Chongqing, People's Republic of China, will be the host and home for Wordtech's Mainland China
merchant customers. Wordtech is already well established in its previously announced E-Commerce initiative of creating websites for many of its existing clients.
