Re: Honing Trading Skills Good point. And I do feel better with this mornings recovery in COMS. My problem, I've decided, is letting this thread influence my trading. Gary mentioned this with respect to holding COMS through earnings. The phenomenon is a major drawback to reading/participating in threads at all: our emotional empathy/antipathy with the company interferes with trading discipline. One solution would be to skip the thread, but the downside to this is loss of posts that do offer valuable insight. Rare, but valuable when they come. There is no answer.
