Rob, After 3 minutes research, I jumped in. Both companies seem to be in the right businesses to do this, the price may be reasonable in the absence of the internet play, and with any luck, this could become a hot stock. We'll have to see what happens tomoorow when today's move catches people's attention. Wonder if its been mentioned on CNBC yet?

Very nice looking numbers, especially when held for years. The only thing that bothers me a little bit is the top management family affair.

Actually it looks like it will be a while before this particular internet thing develops and they are looking at a fairly finite ecommerce market. With luck this will be too small potatoes to fuel the concept hyping stage and this pop in price will subside and I can pick up a few long term shares of a good looking company.

Thanks......Tom
