Qd and Mike,

It is almost inconceivable that Barrick would hold on to it and expend that much money on it unless there was some information that we don't know about that would make Diablillos more attrative tahn we think.

On the other hand, if it is not an economically viable project and Barrick gives it back to us, what would we do with it.

It seems to me that if Barrick keeps Diablillos past the deadline, which is finally coming soon (less than 6 months), that it would confirm that Diablillos has a certain value and even though we only own 30% according to the present deal, PFG shareholders would be better off with Barrick in the picture.

Any comments? It is a very confusing situation.
