PGO - now there is a "REAL" FPSO play - buying it & CRK strong today

"real" as oppossed to FGH who has never built one (and the way things are going - may never) - PGO - operates them presently and will strongly benefit from the opening up of the GOM.

CRK had 40% of the entire years cap ex spent in the 4th qtr, new credit line - new discoveries - and good analyst support - this is a small cap gem. like RGO & CRK the best in micro land here.

PGO is a deepwater play - both seismic & FPSO - they are positioned superbly for the future in the FPSO bizz if it comes to the GOM - allready looking at smaller, cheaper designs etc - a core must own imho. loading here.

Can you imagine the profits the short have had since May on FGH from $18 to $5 ? - 3 1/2 bagger and the aint covering yet... hmmmm - and you doubt my personal opinion price target of ZERO ? - tic toc...

I sold at 16.00 last week, and bought back today sub 14.00. It worked well on BHI and HAL, two of my better buys last year.

You would think that most people would be expecting disappointing earning from most of the service sector. You would also expect a lot of that to be already priced into the stock.

If the trend continues, maybe it would be best to avoid service stocks that are most vulnerable to disappointing earnings, and buy on the earning release?

Good luck diana
