(COMTEX) B: BGOC FINALIZES ACQUISITION OF INTEREST IN MEXICAN TELCOM
B: BGOC FINALIZES ACQUISITION OF INTEREST IN MEXICAN TELCOM CONTRACT

CISCO, Texas, Jan 12, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Black Giant Oil
Company (OTC Bulletin Board: BGOC) is pleased to confirm the successful
acquisition of a one-third (33%) interest in the Global Access/TelMex
contract through the expansion of its previous agreement with BroadBand
Wireless Communication Corporation of Oklahoma City.

Global Access (BWI) Ltd., domiciled in Washington, D.C., is engaged in
providing international long distance services through a Virtual
Private Network for customers in the United States, Mexico and beyond.

The newly acquired contractual interest conveys to Black Giant (BGOC) a
one-third profit sharing participation in the twenty-eight million (28,
000,000) minutes per month contract in force by and between Global
Access and TelMex, of Mexico City. The contract is for a term of two
years with an effective conveyance date of January 5, 2000.

A full monthly subscription of twenty-eight million (28,000,000)
contractual minutes would generate gross revenues of $140,000 per month
for BGOC's one-third interest. Actual minutes subscribed under the
contract could be less than the full contractual amount and any
expenses including taxes would be subtracted from gross revenues.
