I think the market is pricing in bad scenarios as the activity the bond market shows. In spite of increasing bond yields, the stocks are doing pretty well.

It may be a case of fearing the worse.

The nervousness shows that their already is a reluctance to get into the market even though money keeps flowing into the market. That is good case for being bullish on the stock market.
