greater fool, Well, then you are buying AMD. It looks like there will be at least 6 good months for AMD with the mobo rollouts and the Via-133 chipset and it could very well be a year or more. Vote with your dollars.
As for risks? They are less now than last year and the market reflects this will a higher price.
Will Intel take the ASP down to $50? At it's [eril.
flash will sustain AMD for the next year against all Intel assaults.
A nice tidy oligopoly is what one analysts predicts.

OK! Could you tell us a little about your interest in the stock and why you post to this thread? Are you a potential buyer? Seller? Bystander? Something else? Why the interest in this stock?
