Amazing how little legal fictions can introduce such distortions into markets. As I mentioned INFY is at >100% premium here in NY than in Bombay. I was told that there was nothing that anyone can do because the two are "segregated" classes. I can see the company's logic in having two classes of shares in an India with capital controls. But not fungible between Tokyo and Frankfurt? No excuse, unless there is a voting rights or some other difference between the two.
