Some stocks at what were price targets for me to add...ICGE, CMRC,HLIT, LPTHA,VERT. ANCR and ANTC are bargains, worthy of an American Spirit play. But, the big question is, is this the time to buy?? For now, I will wait a bit and hope for a little more downward action, except I did add to LPTHA, bought back my swing position that I sold at 20. Got about 15% more shares this time from the discount... Edit.. Also thinking about UIS earnings play...Any thoughts on that?
