Mang: With all respect, COMS looks pretty "iffy" on the P&F chart. On 1/6 COMS broke a DB at 44 and subsequently made two attempts up but only to bang up against resistance at 48...the last move up failed at 47 and we almost scored a DB at 43 (low of 43 1/16 today!).

The critical issue is that COMS has already violated the bullish support line and it has to break through 47 and hit 48 to get back on uptrend! COMS stock is very well known on the Street as making false starts and head fakes, if not for PALM IPO, we'd all be whistlin' Dixie! Strickly MHO...

Now I don't know where we'll be by expiration date (1/21) but hopefully 48 + ... My major concern is that if we hit 43 today or in near future, then SOMETHING is mighty rotten... On the other hand, the stock may not be ready to break upward to 50+ until days prior to IPO at which time the Street will become 'believers' about COMS! and a potentially 'hot' IPO! In fact, even I am not 100% believer in COMS...BUT have been a loyal shareholder...perhaps married the stock, but that will soon come to a fruitful end---I hope!

re: <...consolidation mode.> I would like to think so...I hope so!

Just would be nice if EB could open his mouth positively like a CEO should (like Ebbers WCOM!) when the shareholders need HIM!

ciao,
FNS

Re : < breakout to $50 next week..> don't know when, but based on the chart, the moment COMS sees 49, we can buckle up!
Waiting anxiously!
