Karl, I was already to applaud until you posted <<confidence that it's factual>> Factual? Those last few press release were designed to deceive IMO. Spin, spin, spin, and maybe it'll turn into butter? <VBG>

Now specifically:
1. Remotely successful requires recovery cost to be less than value recovered. Do you know this is a fact?
2. Patents are a dime a dozen, especially in chemistry. I suspect you know that, the market did since it didn't blink on the patent PR.
3. Both companies had what they called pilot plants, remember all the tanks at IPM?
4. World class physicists? Where's the resumes?
5. Yes, but can it be economically mined? We see OPTs, but any recovery?

IMO IPM before the fall and this hobby shop of MGAU have a lot in common.

TO ALL: Diehard MGAUers. Sell your 'going nowhere' MGAU shares for $.50 and double-up on GPXM ($.25)

Just a suggestion.
