Sorry i wasn't clear, i meant not the nominal price but the rollback-adjusted price for the '94 high would be 7.95, nominal price remains of course 2.65. I wasn't aware of it until early '97 or so and don't clearly remember now the story previous to that point ... could have sworn there was an old Pinetree thread in the SI archives but looked for it a few days ago and couldn't find it .. we may have been talking about it on another thread i guess. I'm just assuming the proposed 1-for-3 went through in '96 at or near the time of the ticker change from pcap to pica, don't take it for gospel. Just checked what i typed in from the SoI though, and no typos. Have you looked at keith's qbx? ... i got a few ... starting to develop a real thing for VCs here - jdx, pnp, qbx .... well they're cheap ... cheers
