RTQ: 22 1/4, down 6 3/4. The stay on the pinks will be short, no pun intended. IMHO, a buying opportunity.

That is, without a doubt, the poorest example of "management" that I have ever heard of! Someone should lose their job over this fiasco, the very first thing I would do is fire the lawyer, then sue him!! I was informed twice by LUMM that the lawyers had "assured" them that they would not go to the pinks, that everything was "in hand". Well LUMM was paying for that advice......."sue them" your reputation is on the line! Just in case Lumm believes this is an unimportant event, responsible investors believe the "dreggs of equity society" reside on the "pinks" and class it one stage lower than the old VSE! Well done LUMM management, no flowers, no excuses, YOU BLEW IT! the Chief
