It means that we are 1 step closer to inverted yield curve. The demand for bonds with shorter maturities is weak. Could be a liquidity problem in the bond land. IDKJS.

per se that doesn't mean much. it's the whole yield curve that is important...when it flattens, it's usually a sign that the market is looking for the economy to slow down due to Fed tightening.
